- Once a user successfully subscribes or purchases a plan, access is granted instantly upon payment confirmation.
- Users can log in to their SpeakEasy account to start using the services immediately.
2. Subscription Activation
- For paid plans, access is activated as soon as the payment is processed.
- In rare cases where there is a delay in activation, users should contact our support team at hello@speakgenie.com with payment details.
3. No Physical Shipping
- SpeakEasy does not sell or ship physical products.
- All services and learning materials are delivered digitally through the SpeakEasy app and website.
4. Issues with Access
- If users experience any issues accessing their purchased content, they can reach out to us within 24 hours of payment for resolution.
- In case of technical errors preventing access, SpeakEasy will ensure prompt resolution or offer alternatives.
