  • Once a user successfully subscribes or purchases a plan, access is granted instantly upon payment confirmation.
  • Users can log in to their SpeakEasy account to start using the services immediately.

2. Subscription Activation
  • For paid plans, access is activated as soon as the payment is processed.
  • In rare cases where there is a delay in activation, users should contact our support team at hello@speakgenie.com with payment details.

3. No Physical Shipping
  • SpeakEasy does not sell or ship physical products.
  • All services and learning materials are delivered digitally through the SpeakEasy app and website.

4. Issues with Access
  • If users experience any issues accessing their purchased content, they can reach out to us within 24 hours of payment for resolution.
  • In case of technical errors preventing access, SpeakEasy will ensure prompt resolution or offer alternatives.
